How do I download the Franchise Africa mobile application?
The Franchise Africa mobile application is available on both the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play Store (for Android devices). Search for "Franchise Africa" or click the download links on our homepage.
What are the 5 franchise track verticals available?
You can register for and operate franchise tracks across 5 high-yield verticals: BuySolar (Solar Energy), FirstCare (Healthcare Emergency Services), BuyHarvest (AgriTech & Cold Storage), Kiyah (E-Commerce Trade & Procurement), and Flenjo (Travel & Lifestyle Desks).
How does the 48-Hour Initial Deposit Window work?
When an administrator approves your franchise track application, a 48-hour countdown timer begins on your profile. You must make an initial deposit of at least &naira;100,000 NGN via Byte virtual account to keep your account active. If no deposit is made within 48 hours, the account transitions to Deactivated status.
How do I deposit funds via Byte NGN Virtual Accounts?
Open the Franchise Africa app, go to your Profile or Dashboard tab, and tap "DEPOSIT VIA BYTE". The app generates a dedicated virtual NGN bank account. Make a standard bank transfer to that account number, and your capital deposit balance updates automatically.
How do I switch active tracks within the mobile app?
Go to the Profile tab in the app. Under "MY REGISTERED FRANCHISE TRACKS", tap "SWITCH →" on any of your approved tracks. The app will immediately set that track as your active selection across all dashboard screens.
How do I delete or close my franchise account?
You can initiate an automated account deletion at any time in the app: go to Profile tab → tap "DELETE / CLOSE FRANCHISE ACCOUNT" → enter your PIN. This automatically cancels your tracks across all 5 brand backend servers, purges stored tokens, and logs you out permanently.
